  • Always wear heat-resistant gloves while operating and cleaning
  • Soak the grill grid in hot soapy water as soon as possible after use; dry thoroughly and store in a dry place
  • Wipe cold exterior with clean cloth and mild household detergent or cleaner; do not use paint thinners or similar solvents; do not pour hot water over hot surfaces; dry thoroughly before storing
  • Remove ash and leftover fuel from cold charcoal chamber after each use; ensure ash and fuel is fully extinguished before disposing
  • Clean cold charcoal chamber with a sponge or mild scouring pad, water and mild detergent; use baking soda and a wet sponge for hard to clean areas; do not use abrasive cleaners
  • Hand wash food tray only; do not store food in tray for more than 6 hours
  • Wipe bamboo board clean with a damp cloth; do not use chemicals; do not use as a chopping surface
  • Store CUBE in a dry location when not in use; do not leave unprotected; if stored outdoors, CUBE must be covered and placed in sheltered area

    We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the Salesforce returns process is not followed, Salesforce is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. All sales involving customized products are final, and may not be returned. Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customized products. If you purchased a customized product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1 (800) 555 0199 within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
